Yes, our olive oil is 100% pure and organic certified. It is produced using sustainable farming methods without pesticides, chemicals or additives, guaranteeing the highest quality and natural taste.

Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to track the shipment.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, such as damage during shipping or receiving the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles for food safety reasons.

We offer Swiss Post to meet your needs. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout depending on location and option chosen.

To preserve the freshness and quality of olive oil, store it in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity. Keep the bottle tightly closed to avoid oxidation. The ideal storage temperature is between 12°C and 20°C (54°F and 68°F).
